“Chino is selling his Matamp guitar amp and cabinet that he has used on the road and on Deftones albums for over a decade.
This guitar amp and cabinet is perfect for the ultimate Deftones fan or a collector of boutique guitar gear. There have been no previous owners. You are buying this amp directly from Chino via me, one of the bands techs.
This amp was purchased new by Chino around 2000. It has been used on the albums “White Pony,” “Deftones,” “Saturday Night Wrist,” and “Diamond Eye’s.” To preserve it’s value to Deftones fans Chino’s settings remain marked on front of the amp.
The Amp is a Matamp 120MV. Serial Number 6066. It is a single channel amp. On the back it has controls for switching between 4,8,and16 Ohms and Switching between 100, 120, 220, and 240 Volts. This amp is no longer made and is a collectors item beyond it’s history with the Deftones.”
